We will contact you to arrange your pick-up. For the same reason we need you to provide the name of your hotel or address of accommodation, as well as a mobile phone number. Please, text us via Whatsapp or mail after booking.

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS

• It is necessary to provide the booking confirmation, either printed or displayed on a mobile device
• The stay at the upper station is limited to one hour

RESTRICTIONS

• People with cardiovascular conditions, pregnant women, and children under the age of 3 are not allowed on the Teide Cable Car, because of the risks posed to their health by the altitude.
• In accordance with current regulations, persons with any physical disability or motor impairment are not permitted to make the ascent by cable car, because of the potential risks if the vehicle has to be evacuated.
• It is essential to bear in mind that in the event of the failure of the Teide Cable Car system due to unexpected technical reasons, passengers already at the upper station will have to make their descent on foot and using steep mountain paths.
• Suitcases and large bags are not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed.

RECOMMENDED EQUIPMENT

• Protect yourself from the sun. It’s recommended that you use hats, sunglasses and sunscreen
• Due to the low levels of humidity that are common in the TOP, come prepared with sufficient liquid (water or juices) to prevent dehydration
• Bring comfortable clothes and adequate footwear (avoid sandals)
• Bring some warm clothes in case the weather changes abruptly

WEATHER CONDITIONS

This experience is subject to weather conditions. In case of bad weather (or technical problems), we may need to contact you to cancel your experience. Don’t worry, you can choose to reschedule it or request a refund of the amount paid.

In the event that weather conditions impede the operation of the cable car for the ‘Teide Tour and Cable car ride’ activity,  the price of the cable car ticket shall be reimbursed.
