1. Booking and prices of excursions

At the time of booking the user must be at least eighteen years of age and have the legal/judicial capacity and the authority to book as the main participant and enjoy an excursion with NabilaExperience. The user who books is also responsible for:

ensuring the truthfulness and accuracy of the personal data or any other information provided in relation to themselves and any other person included in the booking;
transmitting any information regarding changes relating to the reservation;
ensuring that all participants (including the booking user) agree to the terms and conditions of the Nabila Experience provider.

To book the excursions offered by Nabila Experience, it is necessary to follow the procedure established on the platform. In particular, it is necessary to select the desired excursion, time, number of participants and fill in the online booking form with the requested personal data (further information HERE). It is important to review the provided information and correct any errors before confirming the booking, as once confirmed, it will not be possible to change the details.

The prices indicated on our website are relative to the date of publication, but Nabila Experience reserves the right to change these prices from time to time, which will be promptly communicated to you. The price of the excursion paid at the time of booking confirmation includes all the services specified in the booking description.

For the payment of our excursions, only secure and tracked online payment methods are accepted .

Once the booking is confirmed and payment is completed, you will receive a digital ticket via WhatsApp or email, which must be presented on the day of the experience (either on a mobile device or printed if you prefer).

1.2 COUPON CODE

If you have one of our coupon codes, you will need to enter it in the cart to receive the corresponding discount on your next experience booking.

Coupon code discounts are not applicable to experiences where it is explicitly stated: “*Coupon code discounts are not applicable to this experience.”

2. Reservation changes/cancellations and refunds

2.1 from us

Hoping that we do not have to make changes to your excursion, we would like to inform you that Nabila Experience collaborates with various partners who do not use online booking methods updated in real time. Therefore, Nabila reserves the right to make changes at any time. For this reason, we point out on our website that the experience is subject to availability and booking confirmation. You will be informed as soon as possible (within 24 hours) if the chosen experience is available on the requested date and time. Otherwise, you will receive possible alternatives: an alternative date and/or time of the same experience, a similar experience on the same chosen date and time or the refund of the amount paid (if and/or as provided by our policy and/or that of our partners). The actual times will be indicated on the official ticket sent by us once the booking is completed and confirmed, which you must check carefully as soon as it is received.

In the event that there are not enough people who have booked the same excursion as you, there is a possibility that it will be canceled. We reserve the right to cancel your excursion in any circumstances, but if this occurs, you may receive a refund or accept another excursion of equivalent or similar standard and price. If you choose the latter option, the terms and conditions of your excursion will not change and will still apply to your booking. In both cases, we will always refund you the difference in price if the replacement excursion is of a lower standard and price.

2.2 on your part

You may need to change your excursion for various reasons. Given that it will be your obligation to inform Nabila Experience of your decision to change the booked excursion, you will be granted the right to make changes to the extent deemed possible by us and the chosen partner.

You may also have to cancel your excursion for various reasons. Given that, as with changes, it will be your obligation to inform Nabila Experience of your decision to cancel the booked excursion, the following cases may arise:

ask for the cancellation of your excursion within the deadlines established by the chosen partner (you can find the information on the specific page of each excursion): you will be given a refund in the amount provided;
ask for the cancellation of your excursion beyond the deadlines established by the chosen partner (you can find the information on the specific page of each excursion): no refund will be given.

Each experience has its own cancellation policy, which you can always find in the experience information. If you comply with the rules, you can cancel your order for free; we ask you to do so via email (info@nabilaexperience.com) or via WhatsApp (+34 624844818) from 10:00 to 18:00. Any messages or emails received after 18:00 will take effect from 10:00 the following day. The cancellation is valid only if the order number is included and must be sent from a telephone number or email address indicated in the order.

2.3 no-show

Failure to show up for the booked excursion due to forgetfulness or other reasons means, by accepting our terms and conditions, that you will have no right to a refund in any percentage.

3. Responsibility in case of damage or problems during excursions

Nabila Experience assumes no responsibility for any problems or damages that may arise during the proposed excursions and recreational activities, for which the customer and the partner company that physically carries out the activity will be fully responsible.

4. Copyright and contents

The content of the site is protected by copyright, therefore unauthorized use of images or texts present in it is not permitted.

Nabila Experience reserves all intellectual and industrial property rights derived from this website, requesting express written authorization from us for any exercise or profit on behalf of the same. This reservation of rights concerns everything relating to the content, code, design and navigation structure of the website.

Unless otherwise indicated, only Nabila Experience and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights (strictly reserved) for all material on the website. You may view and/or print pages from our website for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

The user cannot and must not under any circumstances make improper use of the material coming from our website (https://www.nabilaexperience.com), i.e.: republishing it, selling it, renting it or sub-licensing it, reproducing it, duplicating it or copy it, etc…

Furthermore, it is not permitted under any circumstances:

disseminate criminal, violent, pornographic, racist, xenophobic, offensive content, which advocates terrorism or, in general, contrary to the law or public order;
introduce computer viruses into the network or carry out actions that may alter, ruin, interrupt or generate errors/damage to electronic documents, data or physical and logical systems, as well as hinder the access of other users to the website and its services;
collect data for advertising purposes and send advertising of any kind and communications for sales or other commercial purposes without prior request or consent;
attempt to access restricted areas of this website or extract information from it;
impersonate the identity of another user, public administrations or a third party.
