TRY DIVE – BEGINNERS

• Briefing: 10/15 minutes
• 1 dive (30/45 minutes) from the beach
• Total duration: 1,5 hours (09:00-10:30 or 10:30-12:00)
• 1 instructor for every 2/3 partecipants
• Maximum depth: 8 meters
• Minimum age: 8 years old (contact us if younger)
• Different route (maximum depth 12 meters) for experienced divers (without certification)

DISCOVER SCUBA DIVING (2 dives) – DIVERS WITHOUT CERTIFICATION

• TRY DIVE + 1 additional diving by boat
• Full morning (09:00 – 13:30)
• 1 instructor for every 2/3 partecipants
• Maximum depth: 12 meters
• Minimum age: 10 years old (contact us if younger)
• Partecipation certificate on the PADI System

1 DIVE BY BOAT – CERTIFIED DIVERS

• 1 dive
• Total duration: 1.5 hours (09:00-10:30 or 10:30-12:00 or 12:00-13:30)
• Different diving spots (10/15 minutes navigation)
• Depth: between 18 meters and 30 meters (depending on certification level)
• Required: certification and dive insurance (available from AXA for 1 day/8€ if needed)
• Haven’t dived in over a year? Do a refresh dive from the beach first

2 DIVES BY BOAT – CERTIFIED DIVERS

• 2 dives in 1 day
• Total duration: 3 hours (09:00-12:00 or 10:30-13:30)
• Different diving spots (10/15 minutes navigation)
• Depth: between 18 meters and 30 meters (depending on certification level)
• Required: certification and dive insurance (available from AXA for 1 day/8€ if needed)
• Haven’t dived in over a year? Do a refresh dive from the beach first

DEPARTURE

Los Cristianos Port / Playa Las Vistas

REQUIREMENTS

• No flying or altitude changes after diving (12 hours)
• No alcohol or drugs
• Must be healthy: be aware of blood pressure, breathing, mental, ear/back/heart problems, pregnancy, etc.

SUGGESTIONS

• Bring a small backpack as the boat’s capacity is limited and everything can get wet
• Have a light breakfast
• Take biodramine 30 minutes before to prevent seasickness
• Mornings are best: more fish and better sea conditions

WHAT TO BRING

We recommend bringing a swimsuit, flip-flops, a towel, a change of clothes, and plenty of enthusiasm to explore the underwater wonders with scuba diving in Tenerife!
