Discover the best snorkeling in Tenerife at Los Cristianos. Explore vibrant marine life and crystal-clear waters for an unforgettable underwater adventure.

 

EXPERIENCE

After a 10-minute boat ride from Los Cristianos Port, we will arrive at the Montaña de Guaza, a dive sites known as “Bufadero”, the natural home of turtles. We’ll stay there for about an hour with the boat anchored, giving you full support while you snorkel. You will be provided with a neoprene wetsuit that allows you to float easily, goggles to see underwater and snorkel to breathe.

Remember, turtles are wild animals and sometimes they are not present. Although we proudly observe them 95% of the time, there may be occasions when we don’t see them, and we won’t be able to change that. Nonetheless, our instructors will do their best to find them, and even if they aren’t seen, we invite you to enjoy the dive site to the fullest. The area is frequently visited by a lot of marine life, such as various types of rays, barracudas, needlefish, parrotfish, and bogas.

DURATION

The snorkeling experience lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Snorkeling lasts 45 minutes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be over 8 years old (contact us if younger)
  • Basic swimming skills
  • No alcohol or drugs
  • Must be healthy: be aware of blood pressure, breathing, mental, ear/back/heart problems, pregnancy, etc.

 

SUGGESTIONS

  • Bring a small backpack, as the capacity of the boat is limited and everything can get wet
  • Have a light breakfast
  • Take biodramine 30 minutes before to prevent seasickness
  • Mornings are best: more fish and better sea conditions

 

WEATHER CONDITIONS

This experience is subject to weather conditions. In case of bad weather (or technical problems), we may need to contact you to cancel your experience. Don’t worry, you can choose to reschedule it or request a refund of the amount paid.

 

WHAT TO BRING

For your snorkeling in Tenerife, we recommend bringing a swimsuit, flip flops, towel, hat, sunscreen, and plenty of desire to have fun!
